Calling all Dimsum fanatics out there! We’re having a collaboration between FCBAI and Angel Yeast China. We are proud to announce that we’re having a Chinese Dimsum Hands-on Training Class.
Our foreign instructor for this event is from Angel Yeast China. Some receipes will be using premix and improvers of Angel Yeast.
It will be held on June 29 to July 1, 2017. 8:30am to 5:30pm.
